Predictable care, on a predictable monthly cost.

Our VIP Wellness Plans keep your pet healthy from day one and spread the expected cost of a year of care across twelve months. Six plans · dogs and cats · every life stage

Six plans, because a kitten is not a senior cat

Each one is weighted towards what actually matters at that stage of life, then adjusted for your individual pet.

Canine wellness plans

Puppy

The first year, when the visits come thickest. Built around the vaccine series, parasite prevention, and the early checks that set a baseline.

Adult canine

Steady state preventive care for the healthy adult years, spread across twelve months instead of arriving all at once.

Senior canine

Weighted towards screening, because in older dogs the point is to find things while they are still easy to manage.

Start early

The first year is the busiest one

Puppies and kittens need the most visits they will ever need, all packed into twelve months. A plan is the difference between that arriving as one bill after another and arriving as a number you already planned for.

Feline wellness plans

Kitten

Vaccines, parasite control, and the early visits, at a predictable monthly cost during the busiest year.

Adult feline

Preventive care for the adult cat, including the screening cats need precisely because they hide illness so well.

Senior feline

Heavier on kidney, thyroid, and heart screening, which is where senior cats actually run into trouble.

What every plan includes

Nurse consultations

Included in every plan, for the questions that do not need a full appointment.

Loyalty discounts

Members get discounts on additional services beyond what the plan covers.

Budgeted over 12 months

A predictable monthly payment instead of a year of care arriving in lumps.

Plans are preventive care, not insurance, and they do not cover emergencies or surgery. See pricing and payment options for how we handle those.

Wellness plan questions owners actually ask

  • What is a wellness plan?

It is a way to bundle the preventive care your pet needs over twelve months into a predictable monthly payment. It is not insurance. Insurance covers the unexpected, a wellness plan budgets for the expected.
  • How much does it cost?

Plans start at $45.99 a month, with a yearly maintenance fee. What you pay depends on which plan fits your pet, because a kitten and a senior cat need genuinely different things.
  • What is included?

The preventive care appropriate to your pet's stage of life, which is why the plans differ. Nurse consultations are included in every plan, and members get discounts on additional services as part of our loyalty program. Call us and we will walk through exactly what a given plan covers.
  • How is a plan chosen for my pet?

It is customized to your pet's age, lifestyle, and what the doctor actually recommends. An indoor senior cat and a young dog who hikes every weekend do not need the same plan, so we do not sell them the same one.
  • Is this pet insurance?

No, and the difference matters. A wellness plan covers routine, predictable care such as exams, vaccines, and screening. Pet insurance covers accidents and illness. Plenty of clients have both, and they do different jobs.
  • Does a plan cover emergencies or surgery?

No. Plans are for preventive care. If your pet needs surgery or urgent treatment, that is quoted separately, and you will get an itemized treatment plan before anything is scheduled. For those costs you can use Cherry (opens in a new window), CareCredit (opens in a new window), All Pet Card (opens in a new window) or Scratchpay (opens in a new window).
  • Do the savings actually add up?

For a pet using the preventive care in the plan, yes, and the loyalty discounts add to it. If your pet would not use most of what is in a plan, we will tell you that rather than sign you up. Ask us to compare it against paying as you go.
  • How do I sign up?

Call the clinic on (630) 541-8088 or ask at your next visit. We will go through which plan fits and what it covers before you commit to anything.

Call and we will find the right plan.

We will go through what each plan covers and whether it actually saves your pet money before you sign up for anything.
