This website is not veterinary advice

Everything published here is general information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan for your specific animal. It does not create a veterinarian client patient relationship. Always speak to a veterinarian about your own pet, and never delay seeking care because of something you read on this site.

In an emergency

If your pet is in distress, call us during our open hours or go to a 24 hour emergency veterinary hospital. Do not use this website, a contact form, or email to report an emergency, because we may not see it in time.

Appointments and bookings

Booking a time through this site requests an appointment subject to availability and confirmation. We may need to reschedule for clinical reasons, and we will contact you if that happens. Cancellation and late arrival policies are provided when you book.

Fees and estimates

Any prices or ranges shown on this site are estimates for general guidance, not a binding quote. Your actual cost is confirmed in the written estimate we give you before treatment, and it can change if your pet's clinical needs change. We will always discuss changes with you first.
