How it works
You place the order
Choose the food, medication, or preventive your pet already uses from the online store.
We check it against the record
The request lands on our dashboard. We confirm the dose, the weight, and whether anything is due.
It ships to your door
No carrying a bag of food across the parking lot, and no wondering whether you bought the right thing.
Covetrus, our online store
Food, preventives, and refills, delivered
The store opens in a new tab. Your first order asks you to create an account, then the request comes through to us for review against your pet’s record before it ships.
Pharmacy questions owners actually ask
Why order from you instead of a big online retailer?
Because the order is checked against your pet's actual record. We can see whether the dose still fits their weight, whether they are due for a heartworm test, and whether the product is still the right one. A general retailer cannot do that.Is it delivered to my house?
Yes. That is the point. Food, preventives, supplements, and medications come to your door, so convenience is not a reason to leave the practice that knows your pet.Why was my request held up?
Usually because the prescription needs renewing, or your pet is overdue for the exam or heartworm test that legally supports it. We will call you and sort it out rather than leaving the order sitting. Are the products genuine?
Ordering through a veterinary distributor means the products come through the manufacturer's proper supply chain, which matters for guarantees and for the occasional counterfeit that turns up on gray market sites. Can I still buy things at the practice?
Of course. The online store is an option, not a replacement. Some people prefer to pick up, some prefer delivery.
Keep the convenience, keep your vet.
