Marcaya, fondly known as Caya, is a talented Veterinary Assistant whose skills extend beyond her role—she regularly assists DVMs during appointments and carefully monitors patients through surgery and dental procedures. Her true passion lies in client education and in guiding patients from sickness back to health, making her a trusted and compassionate presence in the clinic.
A proud graduate of Veterinary Assistant School, Caya is now working toward becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the coming years.
Outside of work, Caya’s world revolves around rugby—1000%! At home, she is surrounded by her beloved furry family: Nova, a 5-year-old Husky; Zurie, a 5-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd; and Fern, a 3-year-old Labrador with megaesophagus who holds a very special place in her heart.
