Chartia, fondly known as Tia, has been a cherished member of the Urban Veterinary Associates team since 2017. Her journey began at Grand Valley State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. During a summer internship at Brookfield Zoo, Tia discovered her passion for nature and animals, setting her on an exciting path toward a career in veterinary management.
In 2019, Tia achieved her MBA from Western Governors University, further honing her skills in business and management. After years of dedicated study and mastering her craft, she proudly became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2024. Her commitment to excellence and her vibrant personality make her an integral part of our clinic's success.
Outside of work, Tia's world revolves around her beloved daughter, Bryelle, and their adorable dog, Lovey. They enjoy spending quality time together, taking Lovey for walks and exploring the local parks. Tia is also an avid photographer, capturing the beauty of nature, pets, and people for her personal photography portfolio.
