Teagan has been in the veterinary field since 2013. She received her Bachelor's in Biology from Elmhurst College in 2018 and an AAS in Veterinary Technology from Fox College in 2019. In 2020, she passed her Veterinary Technician National Exam in 2021 and became a Certified Veterinary Technician. Teagan has been a part of the Urban Veterinary Associates team since August 2023. She enjoys monitoring patients under anesthesia and teaching new technicians in the field.
In her free time, she reads lots of books and spends time with her niece and 5 nephews.
When she is not at the clinic taking care of patients, she cares for her house full of fur babies, Lilly, a 12 year old pittie mix, Hank, a 7 year old mutt, Spooky, a 1 year old cat, Cubby & Sox, 13 year old cats, Kovu & Vitani, 6 year old cats, Kailan Mahina & Coconut, 3 year old guinea pigs, Maui Ohau & Kaui, 2 year old guinea pigs, Winchester, a 3 year old leopard gecko, Targaryen & Daenerys, 1 year old bearded dragons, and Aegon, a 2 year old Savannah.
